I love orange and pork together it’s traditionally with duck but I think pork is just a good. The miso really compliments the orange. Its also a nice quick dinner too. I had run out of noodles as that’s what I was going to serve this with but I had a tin of beansprouts in the cupboard it was a revelation. They were really tasty and had loads of texture. This is quick, healthy and mega tasty.

- For the sauce – In a saucepan add a drizzle of oil and cook off the ginger and garlic for a minute or 2 until fragrant. Add the stock, orange, miso paste, oyster sauce and five spice powder. Bring to the boil then reduce for 5 minutes. Add the corn flour again bring to a bubble so the sauce thickens. Finish ff with the butter so the sauce is nice and shiny. Taste and season if needed.

In a bowl add the soy and sesame oil and stir to combine. Add the beansprouts to the pan along with sauce and stir fry for a couple of minutes. Stir in the coriander.
- To Serve – add the beansprouts between 2 serving plates. Slice the pork on the diagonal and place on the plate. Tip any resting juices into the sauce. Finish by spooning over the sauce. Enjoy 😊
