How it Began …

Hi Fellow Foodies,

Firstly let me give you an explanation of the name, my name is Sally (pleased to meet you by the way) and my husband’s name is Paul, take my first and last letter and then place my husband’s name in the middle and Voila Spauly is born.

So my blog was born as we love food in any shape, size or form whether we are eating in or out. The photo’s and recipes we share are not professional, they are simply what we eat and cook. My favourite past time is to start with a main ingredient and search the web for recipes to make it nice and tasty. We usually adapt the recipe to make it healthier or we sometimes combine 2 or 3 recipes together. We both share the cooking, Paulie is better at dinner though. Our ethos is to use as much local fresh produce as possible and to make that produce taste great. As you will see from my recipe’s we love to try lots of different cuisines and we are up for trying anything. If you try any of our recipes please do let me know your thoughts, the more comment’s the better.
