Duck Gyoza and Radish Salad with a Sizzling Spring Onion, Ginger and Garlic Dressing

I bought some gyoza from Lidl and thought I might try them in a salad. I steamed half and air fried the rest. The result was I appreciated the crispy ones more. The radish and pepper worked so well and I’ve made this sizzling dressing before it’s so mice as it makes the flavours not so strong as the oil cooks the finely chopped vegetables. I also added a squirt of hoisin sauce to do my gyoza in. Yummy yum yum ๐Ÿ˜‹
