Chicken Laab Lettuce Wraps

This dish takes me back to Thailand every time I make it. I know exactly where I was, it was in paradise park farm. They had quite birds that you could feed and few other animals. The pool which we ended up using a few times is amazing it’s an infinity pool up in the hills over looking the valley and sea. Just divine.

  • Juice 2 limes
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • Pinch of five spice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
