This is my 2nd Easter sweet treat recipe after the peanut butter cups. These truffles are delicious, they have a fudge like centre which makes them really indulgent. Paulie absolutely loves condensed milk so I had to treat him to these!
Ingredients (makes 15 double if you want more)
- 70g milk chocolate
- 40g dark chocolate
- 1/2 tin condensed milk
- Cocoa for dusting
Method
- Melt the condensed milk and chocolate in pan
- Place the pan in the fridge to cool and set for about an hour
- Sieve some cocoa powder in a dish or bowl
- Once the chocolate and condensed milk mixture has set and cooled, grease hands and mold the chocolate mixture into balls and roll in the cocoa
- Place back in fridge until you need to serve
