How it Began …
Hi,
As you are reading this, you must be the same as me, I am TOTALLY in love with food. Oh and my 2 sprocker doggies. Pops and Heath.
Firstly let me give you an explanation of the name, my name is Sally (pleased to meet you by the way) and my husband’s name is Paul, so I combined them together and Spauly was born.
So my blog was born as I’m lucky to come from Devon we are brought up to love food in any shape, size or form whether I’m eating in or out. The photo’s and recipes I share are not professional, they are simply what I eat and cook. My favourite past time is to start with a main ingredient and search the web for recipes to make it nice and tasty. I usually adapt the recipe to make it my own or sometimes I combine 2 or 3 recipes together. My ethos is to try and keep all my ingredients seasonal and to make that produce taste great. As you will see from my recipe’s I love to try lots of different cuisines and I am up for trying anything, I’ve had quite a few disasters too that haven’t made the blog. If you try any of my recipes please do let me know your thoughts, the more comment’s the better.
